SRDC, with over three decades of expertise in handling diverse chemistries and chemicals, has over a period of time has strategically expanded into the manufacture of Specialty and Performance Chemicals, ranging from gram-scale to multi-kilogram quantities. This new division is dedicated to the production of highly complex molecules and multistage synthesis that fall under the category of advanced organic chemicals.

These capabilities have empowered SRDC to establish a strong footprint in the Specialty and Performance Chemicals segment, meeting the needs of industries that require both high precision and reliability.
At the heart of this vertical is our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, with a total operational capacity spread across three floors, fully outfitted with advanced equipment, robust utilities along with stringent safety systems in place. Our infrastructure enables the efficient production of complex molecules while maintaining flexibility, scalability and consistency in process control.
Established in 2004, SRDC's production facility is designed to handle a wide range of chemical reactions and processes with a strong emphasis on adaptability and efficiency. The plant consists of reactors comprising Stainless Steel (SS), Mild Steel (MS), Glass-Lined Reactors (GLR), and Fiber-Reinforced Plastic (FRP) reactor with varying capacities. Each reactor is also equipped with an integrated data gathering module, which monitors and logs every stage of the reaction and manufacturing process in real time, ensuring control, uniformity, and transparency throughout the production cycle. These reactors are designed to be versatile and flexible allowing them to be connected in an array of configurations and combinations based on the process requirements.
Every unit is completely integrated with vital plant utilities including chilling systems, brine circulation, steam lines and hot & cold oil heating systems. This robust structure enables us to execute with precision and replication both conventional and extremely customized reactions and distillation techniques.
SRDC maintains strict safety protocols to ensure uninterrupted, secure operations throughout the facility. The plant is equipped with a Carbon Dioxide (CO₂) blanketing system on all operational floors. A fire hydrant network, with central water storage pressurized to 5 kg/cm² is accessible across all facility blocks. Additionally, portable emergency firefighting equipment are strategically positioned in all key operational zones across the company.
These systems are further reinforced by regular safety audits and comprehensive staff training programs, ensuring the highest standards of operational safety, regulatory compliance, and environmental responsibility.
